Speaking at the inauguration of the state-of-the-art Passport and Immigration Headquarters and the Islamabad Regional Passport Offices, he outlined a series of measures aimed at enhancing passport services ID across Pakistan.

24/7 Passport Services in Islamabad
In a landmark move to improve public convenience, the Islamabad Regional Passport Office will now operate 24 hours a day. This initiative is expected to streamline the application process and cater to the needs of citizens around the clock.
Expansion of Passport Services Nationwide
To further enhance accessibility, the minister announced plans to provide passport services 24/7 at NADRA offices in 14 to 16 cities across the country. Special passport counters will be established in these cities within a week. Additionally, model passport centers are set to be launched in Karachi and Lahore to improve service quality.
Crackdown on Mafia and Improved Security
Minister Naqvi also addressed ongoing efforts to curb illegal activities surrounding passport offices. He highlighted the Federal Investigation Agency’s (FIA) successful crackdown on the mafia operating outside passport offices, which had been exploiting citizens.
