RAWALPINDI – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Asim Munir, on the request of the Chief of the General Staff of the British Army, General Roland Walker, Visited Warminster and Larkhill Garrisons on a field visit.
Briefing on the British Army’s Modernization Plan
COAS Asim Munir was briefed about the British Army’s modernization and Deep Recce Strike Brigade during the visit as well. The briefing further included the current developments in niche technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and uncrewed systems, which have been exemplified by the British Army, based on reports of the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR).

Earlier this week, General Asim Munir landed in the United Kingdom on a state visit to Participate in the 7th Regional Stabilization Conference at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.

The army chief will give a keynote address on “The Emerging World Order and Pakistan’s Future Outlook.” ISPR further said that this conference is a flagship event for Pakistan-UK military dialogue, promoting cooperation in defense and security issues.
