ISLAMABAD – The Pakistan Bar Council (PBC) has dismissed a disciplinary complaint against an advocate and, in a separate ruling, restored a lawyer’s licence, with Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar setting out important principles governing professional ethics, client relations and the administration of justice.
